The Nova Scotia Tourism Human Resource Council is the Tourism Sector Council for Nova Scotia. Decision makers representing each of the five industries and secondary/post secondary institutions volunteer their time to the Council for the purpose of providing a link between sectors and to guide the development of human resource initiatives within Nova Scotia’s Tourism Industry. Members of the Council may represent a sectoral organization or be an Industry-at-Large member at a senior level.
Qualifications: Industry leader representing an association or a significant employer. Representatives must be in a senior position within their organization/association.
Time Required: Three hour meetings are held three times per year and additional ad hoc committee participation as necessary.
